Chef Michael (Mike) is classically trained with education in culinary arts, baking & pastry, food science & technology, foodservice management and culinary medicine. With over 20 years of experience, he has been involved in opening and managing foodservice operations starting from an initial idea to fully functioning restaurants, cafe's and the like. Despite his years of experience, he is a life-long learner and holds professional memberships with the World Master Chefs Society, American Culinary Federation and the Food Systems Leadership Network. As he travels around the world, he teams up with other chefs to create memorable experiences. His qualifications are:
